Bricora was founded in 2026 by Avinash Patil — a developer who transitioned from brokerage into building his own firm, with a focused mandate: quality row houses and residential plots for local buyers in Latur.
Before Bricora existed as a company, Avinash had already sold two row houses organically — through Instagram and personal networks, with no website, no Google listing, and no paid advertising. The company was founded on proof of demand, not speculation.
